This is my first time eating here and I really love everything about it. The interior and ambiance really is amazing. We are really like in a singaporean street. The food was also delicious. The main dish that i truly love is the Laksa.. You can ask to refill the soup and it is for free.
We arrived here around 6:30pm and there so many customers dining which is a giveaway to how good the food here is. Our appetizer is a soup I forgot the name lol but its best seller so you'll figure it out. I love that soup, its texture, its contents love every drop of it. My favorite is the Dinosaur Milo (forgot the exact name on the menu) because it brought back my childhood haha it has been so long since I tasted Milo hahahahaha Next dish is the Ha Kao (correct if I'm wrong but anyways, I'll just edit this once I eat here again hehe) This dish is like xiaolongbao really tastes so good. For me personally, I like when the sauce is spicy; really brings out the taste and encourage you to eat more lol. Our meal was the noodles, forgot whats its called but definitely a must try. Just ask the servers what combination of sauces is best for beginner if its your first time. I added sweet sauce after I tasted their recommended combination because I like it sweet. The only problem I encountered is here the parking. If you eat here at peak hours, I wish you goodluck! haha You'll be able to park few walks away from the resto.
Nice place to go and eat Asian fare. Although it says Shiok Shiok, we actually ordered from Eat Fresh mostly but there are probably 2 other restaurant menus in this place that you can order from so that's a broad selection. Since I already had my fill of Singaporean food a week ago, I went Cantonese this time. The food was served fast but still hot and crispy (lechon macau) over fried noodles.
As for the place, there's a bit of a wait especially during busy days. The interior looks like an old street in Singapore so don't expect a widely spacious interior. It's quite cozy and just right to enjoy the food quietly. Definitely coming back to try their other fare.
saw this place by chance since weβre in the area. when i saw they have claypot rice in the menu i knew i have to try that. we ordered taosi spareribs claypot rice (rice tastes so good and the meat is tender) laksa (really loved this one, itβs not spicy but the broth is milky and flavorful), satay (peanut sauce is one of the best i tried so far) and nasi campur (which tbh did not impress me that much but the beef rendang is delicious). for drinks i ordered a milk tea which suites my taste - not sweet.
for the service, the food got delivered faster than i expected but some staff are not that attentive (we had to ask for the menu 3x).
will definitely come back to try other items from their extensive menu.
Very good food. The custard and milo buns are to die for. Laksa, satay and char kwa kiew are the ones Inlove

My favorite go to place when youβre craving for satay and laksa. I love their laksa very authentic rich like taste almost same as the one we ate in singapore. Hot milk tea is a plus!

One of our go to restaurants for Singaporean/Malay food. Their laksa is one of the best and cereal chicken is simply delectable! It's like we're in Singapore all over again. Highly recommended! For our food and travel vlogs, follow and subscribe to our youtube channel: MOJHI VLOG
